Bed Bug Guarantee - 3 months:

Only Fully Detached homes are eligible for a 3 month guarantee if canine detection and treatments have been performed by York Pest Control. Unfortunately apartments, townhomes, condominiums, and semi-detached homes are not eligible for guarantee due to the possible re-introduction from adjoining apartments/homes. Treatments may include multiple applications and the purchase of mattress and box spring encasements if recommended by york Pest Control. All recommendations from York Pest Control must be followed by the customer in order to validate this 3 month Warranty.

Limitation on Warranties:

ALL MATERIALS ON THE YPC SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS." YPC MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
