Silverfish are between 12mm and 19mm (1/2" and 3/4") in length, and vary in colour between silvery and gunmetal grey. They
have large antennae and three long appendages at their tail. Silverfish live in areas of high heat and humidity, such as
bathrooms, and nest in tight cracks and crevices, though they can be found anywhere in the house in search of food. They
are cannibalistic, and in addition to one another will also feed on paper, wallpaper and paste.
